One adoption agency has verified on its website that yesterday it received Chinese adoption referrals for DTCs for the last part of February and all of March 2004.

First posting of a US referral appeared on Internet 10 minutes ago.

Internet bulletin boards reporting Ireland received referrals today. Up to DTC April 2, 2004.
