On the internet bulletin boards, people are reporting that they are receiving their Chinese adoption referrals (child match notifications) today.

On the internet bulletin boards, people are announcing that they received their Chinese adoption referrals today. It appears they are for dossiers (adoption applications) logged in as received by China on or before April 25, 2005.
