There are more rumors coming out on the Internet (supposedly from reliable sources) that the next group of dossiers to be sent out by China could come in the next 2 to 4 weeks.
We got a call from our adoption agency late last week saying that we should receive our referral between the end of October and the end of November. And travel 6 weeks after the receipt of the referral.
Chinese adoption applicants who submitted dossiers (formal applications) to China between mid-July through the end of August 2001 received their referrals today.
